Dr. med. Markus Eckstein (Institute of Pathology, University Hospital Erlangen) will present a brief overview of the PD-L1 staining, give recommendations on selecting suitable positive and negative controls, as well as a comparative analysis of the CPS testing algorithm in relation to other algorithms. A major part of the seminar will focus on the digital examination of borderline/problematic cases encountered during the proficiency test and techniques to accurately score the PD-L1 stains will be summarized.
There will be time at the end for discussion with the speaker to answer questions. All participants are encouraged to ask both theoretical and practical questions after the presentation. You are also welcome to send your questions in advance (by August 25th) to office@quip.eu.
