We are excited to announce that the new QuIP software is now live and ready for your use!
Important steps before you start:
- Go to the Log in page and click on ‘Forgot Password’ to change your password.
- After resetting your password, log in and navigate to ‘Account’ to review and update your personal information.
- Then go to ‘Organization’ verify and update your institute’s details.
Due to differences between the old and new systems, your personal address was replaced with a placeholder during migration. Please correct this information.

- You can visit the QuIP Shop through the QCC to check which proficiency tests are currently open for registration and which ones are coming up.
- Access the QuIP Proficiency Testing Program here.
To familiarize yourself with the new system, we will offer online seminars in January 2026 (depending on interest). These sessions will provide an interactive way to answer your questions. You will receive updates via our newsletter and in the News section of our website. We will provide videos soon to explain the new website and its features.
Please note:
The function for three email notification addresses is currently unavailable. Anyone previously on the forwarding list must create their own account to receive updates on proficiency tests.
