In the second part, Prof. Dr. rer. nat. Sabine Merkelbach-Bruse discusses the molecular pathological diagnosis of EGFR exon 20 insertions, specifically the spectrum and frequency of EGFR exon 20 insertions in NSCLC, activation by EGFR exon 20 insertions, detection methods and the correct naming of EGFR exon 20 insertions. Afterwards, she summarized the proficiency testing results.
